CHAPTER 1

I once told an intellectual that most of the modern things we all use in our daily lives, which have been invented for the last 150 years are mostly American inventions and American ingenuity, be it a motor car, an Airplane, a TV, Movies, a Ball Point Pen, Razor Blade, Synthetic Clothes, Ice, the Computer or an Internet. So on and so forth.

All of these were invented and popularized in America. When I asked him to name me a few things that we use in our daily life, which have been invented by any other country of the world within last 150 years. Surprisingly he was not able to name even a single item. Does it not speak volumes in itself what America has contributed to the human society ?

Most of the things that we are using in our every day life have been invented, improved and popularized by America. To name a few here is a list of some of the American inventions.

Immigration

Some people consider America, as a bastion of xenophobia and bigotry but the truth is that today the US takes in more immigrants than at any point in its history. Be it the America’s first multimillionaire -John Jacob Astor or the inventor of telephone - Alexander Grahm Bell or the Hollywood pioneer -Louis B. Mayer or the inventor of video game - Ralph Baer, all are among the immigrants to America. People all over the world always entertain the idea of immigrating to America as compared to any other place across the globe.

Technology

America has been the vanguard in bringing technology reforms all over the world and has helped tremendously in making the lives of billions of people around the world easy and comfortable. It has have given the world motion pictures, the telephone, the television, the computer, the Internet, the airplane, the VCR, and a host of other machines and devices that have vastly improved the quality of human life.

Enlightened Power

America despite being the sole superpower has never misused its supremacy. It is the most powerful country, but has always fought against imperialism. In fact, it has used its military strength to liberate Nazi Germany, South Korea, Afghanistan and Hussein’s Iraq and countless other countries. America also sought to prevent many other countries from increasing their all angled control over their innocent population and others.

Creating Wealth

America has served as the hub for the world economy. America is a country with capitalistic approach where everyone gets an equal opportunity of earning and creating wealth. Not only the natives but also the foreigners get to work for better jobs. The world economy rests on America’s 12 trillion dollar pillar.

Generosity

Great wealth does not always lead to great generosity. But, Americans have always been on the forefront when it comes to providing support and aid in the face of disaster or calamity. In the year 2000, Americans gave more than $ 200 billion in charity, which was much more than the total amount donated by the rest of the world put together. Since World War II, the U.S. Government has given billions of dollars in foreign aid, which may be taken as the highest amount in the world just given away as charity. America has always proved to be a friend in need.

Medicine

The entire world looks up to America when it comes to making any break through in the field of medicine. Americans helped cure polio and tuberculosis, developed vaccines for hepatitis B and yellow fever, pioneered modern chemotherapy, and produced the CAT-scan, MRI, and a host of other modern medical devices.

Human Achievement

Americans have always pioneered human endeavours to unleash new inventions and discoveries. Be it the first transatlantic flight, the first man on the moon, breaking the speed of sound and building the Panama Canal; all serve as a testimony to American courage and ingenuity.

The Automobile

One of the biggest contributions, which America has given to the world, is the invention of cars. Today’s blooming automobile industry owes its success to Henry Ford’s initiative that made it possible for an average person to experience the wonder and comfort of a car. It is because of this great American that hundreds of companies exist and offer an ever-growing number and variety of automobiles in the world.

Entertainment

Majority of the movies the world watches, the television shows they tune into, and the music they listen to, are produced in the United States. It is an undeniable fact that whole world loves to watch American TV and cinema.

Defending and Helping Freedom Bloom

America has always believed in the concept of Non-Offensive Defense (NOD). Despite being the sole superpower in the world it always believed in the principle – ‘live and let live’. America has never craved for establishing its authority over other countries of the world. On the contrary, it has helped several countries to get rid of the cruel dictatorship. It has appealed to all the nations across the globe to live in peace and harmony. That is the reason, why America was in the forefront to establish ‘United Nations Organization’ and the ‘World Bank’.

The most important thing a man needs is freedom and America has been the only country whose sacrifices have helped to fight out imperialistic invasion in World War I, World War II and Korean War. In addition, America defeated many other dictators and mass killers. It is hard to imagine what the world would have been like, had America not come to the rescue of Britain, France and Russia during World War II from the tyranny of Adolph Hitler. Notwithstanding the gas chambers used by Hitler in Germany and in other countries.

It was the historic Atlantic Charter declaration on 14th Aug. 1941 by Franklin Roosevelt and Winston Churchill, which promised to restore democracy in all the countries liberated by America, its allied forces and countries under their direct rule.

It is of historical importance to note that in the Second World War America did not fight for land or natural resources, but it fought for basic human rights and principles of democracy that America sought to spread all over the world. Consequently, America was highly successful in changing feudal war-mongering psyche of Germany and Japan and forced them to renounce nuclear weapons and their imperialist designs on their neighbours once and for all. At the same time America promised the whole world that it will help in restoring full political independence in the countries which it has liberated alongwith its allies.

When Winston Churchill and Franklin Roosevelt met at Atlantic Ocean, Churchill agreed to all the demands of freedom for all the countries under the British rule, but he was very adamant in refusing to promise to give complete independence to India. This was the only point, which remained a stumbling block in reaching mutual agreement. But Franklin Roosevelt was also adamant and insisted that India should also be given full freedom after the war and ultimately Churchill had to give in to President Roosevelt’s demand and agreed to give complete independence to India after the war. Here is an excerpt from the famous historical Atlantic Charter :

This Atlantic Charter was an important document as it included the declaration of the principles that served as the basic statement of allied war aims. Their difference over colonialism was apparent in later arguments about the meaning of the third article of the Charter, dealing with the right of self-determination. This article stated that the United States and Great Britain :

 

"RESPECT THE RIGHT OF ALL PEOPLES TO CHOOSE THE FORM OF GOVERNMENT UNDER WHICH THEY WILL LIVE; AND THAT THEY WISH TO SEE SOVEREIGN RIGHTS AND SELF-GOVERNMENT RESTORED TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN FORCIBLY DEPRIVED OF THEM."

 

The Willkie speech of October 1942 forced Roosevelt’s hand. Talking to the press the next day, the President reaffirmed that the Atlantic Charter’s right of self-determination applied to all peoples under the colonial rule as well as to Axis conquest. It is because of America that today people are living in freedom in most parts of the world.

It is only America, which has been instrumental in creating and sustaining United Nations Organization for the last 58 years and thereby stopping wars in many different parts of the world. It was America which sent thousands of its military personnel to defend UN Security Council resolution on Korean Peninsula and other parts of world.

In 1962, it was again the interference and fear of American Forces, which helped India in getting immediate cease-fire from invading armies of China.

It was the massive American Food Aid in the name of PL 480, which saved millions of people in India in 1960’s. Even today, it is the only rescue for many in several parts of the world, especially in Africa.

It was American diplomacy and American might that stopped Stalin from conquering the rest of Europe and many other parts of the world and putting the iron curtain over them. Ultimately America became the winner in the long drawn cold war, was able to help lift the iron curtain and emerged as the only super power in the world.

Can we imagine the condition of the world, if the other party or the other super power (Stalin and Communist Soviet Union) had won the cold war and what they would have done to humanity ? If we can co-relate it with what they did to their own people during the communist rule ? More than thirty million of their own citizens, were killed by these new rulers and most inhuman concentration camps called Gulag were created in Russia, where millions of people simply perished or were killed.

Can we imagine a series of such Gulag camps spread all over the world ? What untold sufferings would it have brought to humanity for centuries to come ? And this whole genocide was done in the name of socialism and muffling any thought of independent thinking.

Similarly, Mao-Tse-Tung did the same thing with his own people in China and killed over 60 million innocent Chinese civilians during his long barbaric rule, in the name of so called cultural revolution.

It was America that was looked at as a savior of Humanity and beacon of hope and millions of people from all parts of the world came to America to escape prosecution on religions or on political grounds and come out of evils of poverty from their country. People chose to come by their own free will to settle in America in pursuit of their undeniable human rights of freedom and happiness, which are guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. They forgot their own countries and they took pride in calling themselves Americans. They got themselves acclimatized to the new country and became so patriotic for America that millions of them were ready to sacrifice their lives to safeguard freedom of America all around the world. Whether it was World War I or World War II or the cold war, they were in such deep love for their new adopted country that they wanted to protect the newfound spirit of freedom with their last breath even by laying down their own lives.

It is America who has taught the world to live in harmony, even if people come from different countries belonging to different castes, creeds and religions. Today more than 98% of Americans are not its original natives. They came from over 100 different countries and created one of the most vibrant, powerful and prosperous societies in the world, and are living today with least amount of inter-racial tension and conflict. In fact, it is an ideal model for the world to follow.

In all other parts of the world, any foreigner who settles down in another country resides with a stigma of a foreigner for his whole life. While, in America just within a few years of his arrival the American society welcomes him with open arms and he soon gets assimilated in the new vibrant culture.

America has not only played a significant role in bringing the international community together for peacekeeping, but also in promoting democracy and economic justice to prevent conflicts, and in mediation to help resolve disputes peacefully, before they lead to war among the nations.

In many situations, America has offered its support as outside intervention for restoring peace. America has stood up as a neutral body to grant protection to people in other countries who appealed to the international community for help, as they were unable to defend themselves from intra-social aggression, brutality and genocide.

For all these reasons people and countries across the globe love America with a feeling of great pride and gratitude.

CHAPTER 2

America’s contribution to the world is unique. It gave to the world telephone, television, motorcar, cinema, airplane, electric bulb and what not. It has made the lives of the people on the planet comfortable and has shown new avenues of prosperity. Its democracy and political system, ideals of liberty utmost concern for human rights is a source of inspiration for the whole world. There are countless reasons for which one would love America. To enumerate few are as follows :

1. People know that it is only America’s might, generosity and goodwill that saved them from the barbaric dictatorship of Hitler, Mussolini and later on from Stalin’s iron grip.

2. The whole world knows that they will receive American food aid in the name of PL-480, whenever they face natural disasters like earthquakes, draughts and famines etc.

3. It is America’s creativity, initiative and inventiveness that have produced most of the modern amenities available today. Only $12 Trillion American economy can afford and sustain huge investments required on research and development of drugs, which otherwise cost billions of dollars. Thus, the world gets benefited without being burdened with any huge investments.

4. Most of the countries of the world also know that they are safe and can breathe free air, as they are sure that their borders are secured from foreign invasion. Even if some country dares to encroach upon their sovereign, they are sure that America will come to their rescue. Whole world knows that how America has helped Kuwait in its dire crisis.

5. When the Muslims in Yugoslavia were being tortured and killed by Slavovich, only America came forward to help them from this ethnic killing while the rest of world remained silent. It was America’s might and will power along with the assistance of NATO, which saved them. The barbaric dictatorship of Slavovich came to an end. Today, he is undergoing a trial in UNO court for genocide. America came to the rescue of these Muslims without expecting any material gains.

6. It is universally known that the Americans constitute a major part of the total tourist traffic all over the globe. Every country knows that American tourists spend billions of dollars and boost their economies by generating large number of employment opportunities.

7. Even if America itself fights a war imposed upon it people of aggressor country know very well that even after the war, America will not take an inch of its land. Not only that America also lends a helping hand to rebuild the counties attacked by it. Countries that suffered the consequences of World War II, like- Germany, Italy and Japan etc. and Afghanistan and Iraq in recent times are the best testimonials to it.

8. America has always pioneered and spent billions of dollars in setting up state of art educational institutions. Any one from any part of the world has an access to this educational system, and thereby the whole world can take full advantage from American universities. This is the reason why countless Chinese and Indians have chosen America for pursuing their higher studies and career as well.

9. The world has seen that America is the only country in the world, which has a rock solid political system. No one can ever think that any military coup ever raising its head in America and the experience and the history of last 225 years reinforces people’s faith in stable democratic America. This is one of the prime reasons why American Dollar is so strong in currency market and why people all across the globe prefer to keep their money in American Dollar.

11. The freedom of press is relatively very high in America as compared to any other part of the world. America has an absolutely independent news media, which cannot be influenced by the Government. For the same reason the New York Times and News Week Magazine are one of the most popular and trusted media for information of world affairs. Similarly it is the American TV channel CNN that is the most popular one through out the world, even in Muslim countries.

12. People all over the world know that a person of real talent in any field of human endeavour will be highly appreciated in America and will secure good social status, recognition and the best economic rewards irrespective of his caste, creed, color or nationality.

13. It is the American movies that have entertained the entire world for last four generations and even today they have no substitutes. If a choice is given, people still prefer to watch American movies in any part of the world. Be it Michael Jackson or Britney Spears it is the American music, which thrills the hearts of young generation all over the world.

14. From Computers and Internet, to Cloning and Biotech Research, and from Space, to neno technology, it is America that provides the latest in science and technology to the whole world.

15. Today America is the highest contributor in space research and developing astronomical knowledge.

CHAPTER 3

Proper planning with right policies and meticulous implementation can help in realizing the dream of Golden America.

I propose the following ‘Action Plan’ with the same purpose and vision. The outline of the plan has been detailed out in the subsequent chapters.

If the plan is properly implemented it will increase gross national income by $5 trillions within a span of 5 years and total investment in the five years will be $30x5=$150 billion which is less then 3% of the increased income. Therefore, this will be most cost-effective way to increase.

1. Why terrorists hate America & how to change them, so that they may love America

Transforming people’s hatred into love for America is very crucial to win the war on terrorism. One of the best remedies will be to win the hearts and minds of terrorists through concentrated efforts.

2. Establishing peace, stability & prosperity in Iraq

For peace to flourish in Middle East, it is imperative to establish peace and democracy in Iraq.

3. Eliminating dependence on foreign oil imports

To eliminate dependence on foreign oil imports from volatile Middle East and Venezuela, we must find new alternatives for self-sufficiency in oil and should set up a national energy commission under the chairmanship of Mr. Ross Perrot.

4. Strengthening defense

To develop a strong and sustainable defense system, it is very vital to improve certain areas of American military. The present training system needs to be revamped to enable soldiers to develop better communication skills and improve the human intelligence system of American military.

5. E-Governance

In the current era, we need to have a 100% efficient computer savvy bureaucracy. Complete movement and finalization of all the files must be carried out electronically. The goal is to further reduce paper work by 90%.

6. How to give training in latest skills and jobs to 10 million Americans every year

Job oriented training programs in 1000 latest skills will help in training 10 million Americans every year to enable them to seek jobs in their desired fields.

7. How to double farmers’ income in a span of 5 years

The action plan offers a unique scheme and practical ideas that will help double farmers’ income in next 5 years.

8. How to provide free computer education to all

This scheme will make America, a computer savvy nation, which is a prerequisite for success in today’s modern world.

9. Setting up a Free Virtual University

It is a very ambitious project, which will have a far-reaching effect on the educational standards of American society.

10. Introducing reforms in education system

Education is a fundamental requirement for the development of any civilized society. To bring in the most needed reforms in the American education system; a new presidential commission on education should be set up under the chairmanship of
Mr. William Bennett.

11. Promoting tourism to create jobs

Enhanced tourism can provide 3 million additional jobs and $30 billion dollars as additional revenue for American economy. This is undoubtedly one of the most cost-effective way to generate added jobs and revenues.

12. Benefiting from new Technologies

If America wishes to maintain its affluent lifestyle and progress, it is very important to develop national focus on new technologies, only this can help America to keep up its lead as the world’s biggest economy. Trillions of dollars will be generated with the help of these new promising technologies.

13. Rejuvenating moral and spiritual values through a TV channel called - Happiness

American constitution provides the right of ‘pursuit of happiness’ to its every citizen. Proposed "Happiness" channel will be a step in right direction towards helping American citizens to seek their objectives and fundamental right of ‘pursuit of happiness’. A 24-hour national TV channel- "Happiness" should be launched to create and telecast beneficial and entertaining programs for people of all age groups. This channel should emphasize on subjects like – art of living, meditation, promotion of vegetarianism, combating the menace of obesity, alcoholism and AIDS etc.

14. Revamping Health Care System

Although over $ 1.3 trillion are spent on health care in America yet people are not contented with the results. It is indispensable to promote use of alternative holistic health therapies like Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Color Therapy, Meditation and Stem Cell etc.

15. Controlling obesity– a public health hazard

This is the biggest health crisis of epidemic proportion affecting millions of Americans. Concerted efforts are needed at the national level to wipe out this problem successfully.

16. How to contain AIDS in America

Today "AIDS" has grown as an epidemic in many parts of Asia and Africa. We do not want the same to happen in America. Therefore, implementation of this action plan will go a long way toward controlling AIDS.

17. How to control pollution in America

This proposed action plan investigates the root causes of the problem of pollution and suggests remedial actions for its control.

18. How to reduce road accidents in America

Road accidents are rising at an alarming rate. This action plan will help drastically reduce road accidents in America.

19. Water management

Three fourth portion of the earth comprises water, but still there is a great shortage of clean water for drinking and agriculture. Proposed action plan examines the problem and suggests practical measures for its permanent remedy.

20. Introducing reforms in Land Zoning laws

America is a vast country with different land prices at different locations. A uniform national approach is needed to streamline these regulations related with land and building.

21. Magic formula for prosperity

The rate of interest plays a vital role in deciding the stability of any economy. There is an urgent need to reduce the interest rate on all federal funds for next 20 years in America. Federal and State Governments will be able to save atleast $ 50 billion on interest payments.

22. Magic Formula for saving $ 200 Billion every year

US Government and corporations are spending over $ 235 billion every year in unnecessary litigation for class action and other damage suits. A new law should be framed to put a maximum shied of $ 1 million for all such lawsuits. American economy will save at least $ 200 billion every year.

23. How to reduce budget deficit

American budget deficit is increasing constantly and there is an immediate need to stabilize the budget. The plan enumerates relevant measures that may help in recovering federal and state budget deficits and creating surplus amount in the budget within 5 years.

Strong measures should be taken to balance the trade deficits to save American dollar from disastrous devaluation.

26. Overhauling and improving Railways in America

Railway is still the most cost-effective means of transportation. There is a need to overhaul Railways in America so that America may utilize the full potential of Railways for betterment of its transport sector and economy at large.

CHAPTER 5

(ii) Oil production and its sales may be given the top priority. Emphasis may be put on increasing the revenue, which in turn will help to improve infrastructure of Iraq.

(iii) Invite foreign investors to set up hotels and other tourist facilities in Iraq. This will create additional employment potential.

(iv) More foreign carriers should be induced to fly to Baghdad. Landing and other charges may be abolished at least for five years. Airline fuel must also be sold at lowest price in the region.

(v) To form ‘Aid Iraq Club’ with countries like- Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Kuwait, South Arabia and others, and set a target of an Aid Package worth $ 20 billion over a span of three Years.

(vi) To boost the Iraqi agriculture America should introduce 100 new high tech cash crops to the farmers and provide them full technical and material assistance in implementing new techniques.

(vii) All foreign loans granted to Iraq must be waved off. The present Government should be exempted from its repayment, as all such amounts were given to Saddam regime. It is logical that the new Iraqi Government seeks such favor from, not only America, but also from all other countries.

(viii) A special ‘Exile Iraqi Assistance Fund’ should be instituted and loans should be given to the exiled people, which can help in their rehabilitation in Iraq. These Iraqis will help, support and propagate democratic values in Iraq.

3. Political and tactical

(i) Seal the border with Syria and Iran. This is a very crucial strategy since these two countries are sending a large number of terrorists to undermine peace and stability in Iraq. Shoot at sight orders should be issued for any one illegally crossing these borders, as most of them are terrorists or people who are propagating hatred for the present Government in Iraq and America.

(ii) All religious leaders who have recently arrived from Iran should be kept under strict vigilance, as they are the real sources of problem, besides Bath Party in Iraq. I am sure that American Secret Agencies are vigilant to any such threat. Yet I stress this point once again for close and aggressive monitoring in all spheres as a safety measure. Any one who preaches violence should immediately be arrested and prosecuted by military courts.

(ii) Induce countries like Pakistan, India and Bangladesh to take up peacekeeping measures in broader perspective.

(iii) A better understanding with France and Germany would help in establishing permanent peaceful relations with them. Let past be past.

(iv) Offer special incentives to Iraqis so that they may help in trapping any potential terrorist. A fund of $100 million should be set up, to reward people who help in capturing the terrorists. This investment will pay greater dividends in saving Iraqis as well as American lives. People who extend such help should be offered security by maintaining anonymity. Green cards may also be provided to deserving individuals.

(v) Set up a National Toll free network of 800 telephone numbers all over Iraq – so that people have an easy access to American Government Authorities as well as Iraqi Government in informing them about any possible terrorist activities.

(vi) Thousands of innocent Muslims and non-Muslims Iraqis have been killed in recent months and the country is inching towards anarchy. Hence, it is of utmost urgency that a "National Emergency" should be immediately declared in Iraq and drastic steps should be taken to check this chaos.

4. Treaty

America should immediately sign a 20-year defense, peace and friendship treaty, similar to that with Japan, wherein the defense of Iraq will be the responsibility of America. Let Iraqis get full assurance from U.S. President that in any eventuality, they will be safeguarded and they will be protected with full force of US Government against Saddam Hussain and his cronies or any other foreign invasion.

This assurance is very crucial for winning the hearts of Iraqis, since they are so much terrified with past horrors and Genocide of Saddam that even a small hint of his presence or re-emergence terrorizes Iraqis in fear and they cannot act against Saddam and his associates. Only categorical guarantee and action can remove the fear complex from the Iraqi minds.

5.     It is very important to be aware of Qatar. It will be a blunder to reorganize US Forces from a 30 years firmally like Saudi Arabia, to a tiny country having its known links with Al-Qaeda (which allows and finances Al–Zazira TV a known Al- Qaeda favuorite) and a well known anti American TV channel to operate from its land.

Iraq situation needs to be handled very carefully and delicately, as it will affect not only Middle East, but also peace of the world at large.

CHAPTER 6

CHAPTER 7

America is the strongest nation on the earth and the only super power. It has always used its enormous military and economic power to help the cause of freedom around the world. It is therefore imperative for the well being of humanity that America should keep up and enhance this position.

It was only American armed forces, which turned the tide in World War II and saved the world from the menace of Hitler, Mussolini and Japanese military dictators. It is in the interest of world peace and prosperity that America continues to develop its strength and this goal can be attained by the American armed forces by considering following issues.

1. All military procurements should be made more cost effective and should be absolutely transparent.

2. Space Based Defense System (SDI) can create problems to Americans and the world at large, is a completely unfounded concept. America should immediately deploy Space Based Defense System at war footing. Even the term- "star war", most commonly used to denote the space based defense system is absolutely a misnomer. In every war, weapons are used to kill the opponents, but in the space based defense system no one is harmed. It is the most non-violent method of fighting a mass killer and disabling it in the mid-way. Therefore, it is of paramount importance in view of the growing threats and intentions of North Korean, Iranian and Muslim countries in getting and developing weapons of mass destruction.

3. American President should categorically declare that America would not allow North Korea or Iran to make atomic weapons. It will do all in its vast powers to stop any such move.

4. Simulation techniques and interactive virtual video war games may be extensively used for imparting training to American soldiers about modern weapons and techniques of war. New and more advanced computer based interactive techniques should be developed, so that a fresh soldier can learn all the basic and advanced techniques of warfare in a virtual atmosphere. This will be a very cost-effective method for upgrading the combating skills of American soldiers. A common soldier will be able to learn from the BEST.

5. In today’s tumultuous political climate, special emphasis should be given on teaching languages to military personnel, like Arabic, Russian, Korean, Spanish, Indian, Japanese, German, French, Chinese etc. Special methods for learning and teaching new languages in a faster manner may also be developed. A week long training in a particular language would be good enough for getting the armed forces acclimatized with it. Each soldier should learn at least one foreign language through crash courses.

6. Similarly, training courses should be designed on economic, social and religious aspects of various countries so that the American soldiers remain well apprised of the local manners, customs and religions of the place where they have to fight. It is very important to win a war at a psychological level.

7. It is indeed an agony that despite their noble thoughts and deeds the American soldiers are the most misunderstood ones in the world. They put their lives at stake in safeguarding liberty of the people in the countries other than their own. Unfortunately, the media and the public of the country attacked feel that invaders have the intention to grab some piece of their land or natural resources. On the contrary America has never taken an inch of land, even after conquering Germany, Japan, South Korea, Afghanistan or Iraq. Therefore, an innovative strategy may be devised to remove this pseudo feeling.

8. It is important that America strikes a workable military alliance with India on a long-term basis, as India and America share common goals for high and noble democratic values.

America must help India fight terrorism across the borders of its neighbor Pakistan, as it not only indulges itself in deliberate and planned terrorist activities in India, but also is a potential shelter and hideout for dreaded terrorist Bin Laden and his organization - Al-Qaeda. It was this terrorist group that was responsible for the sad incidence of blowing towers in USA on September 11. It is important to curb the terrorist activities of such organization that are great threats to the security and peace of America and other countries of the world for maintaining harmony in the world.

American military should revamp and revitalize its human intelligence system. During President Carter’s reign this system was totally battered in the name of satellite based intelligence. These computerized systems rely on limited artificial intelligence, which in no way can match the competence of human mind. Therefore, greater emphasis and investment should be made for developing human intelligence system.

9. If all the records related to land in the whole of America are computerized and displayed on the Internet, it would become much faster and easier for an average American to buy, sell or rent their properties.

10. Similarly, all the judicial records of the courts should be fully computerized. It is very interesting to note that in a city like Jaipur, India hardcore criminals in the jail can have their court appearances through broadband video conferencing, thus, saving a lot of risk, expense and time. If it is possible in Jaipur, then why not in a great country like America. Especially, to help take precautionary safety measures after the sad and gruesome incidence of 9/11.
